The Harrington & King Perforating Company was founded in 1883.
Current plant building in Chicago was completed in 1924
Expanded our footprint by opening a 2nd location in Cleveland, TN in February of 1979
In 1983 the Soenen Sectional Press is installed in the Chicago plant & fully operational – first of its kind to be installed in the US
October, 1995, H&K purchased the assets of Greening Donald Co, LTD in Orangeville, Ontario
January 2018, a group of investors formed H&K Perforating, LLC to acquire the assets of The Harrington & King Perforating Company.

January 2021, H&K purchased the assets of Quality Perforating, Inc. in Carbondale, PA creating the only independently owned perforating company with a national footprint.
